The Terms & Conditions

As Alai continues to grow, our terms and conditions are evolving to better serve you and help our business grow.

Bookings
To secure your booking date, a 40% deposit is required. This will be applied to your total booking cost. Please note that June to November are our busiest months for celebrations, so we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.

Payments

Final payments are to be made within one week after the draping session, as changes may occur on the day of service. Full payment before the session is always appreciated.

Once you receive your invoice, payments can be made online via Stripe using credit card or Apple Pay. Alternatively, PayID or cash payments are also accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session. In the event that the appointment is rescheduled, a waiver may be considered at our discretion.

Travel Fees
Off-site services will incur an additional fee depending on your location. Parking must be made available, or any parking fees will be added to your invoice.

Client Responsibility
Please ensure your blouse and inskirt are ready and well-fitted on the day of your appointment. If your saree is being freehand draped without prior preparation, please ensure your saree or dupatta is steamed and ready for styling.
